Coaching packages
Each package includes a "pre-session" where we get to know each other a little bit, we name the topic I may help you with and we will also talk about which package might be the best for you.
If you are unsure what actual topic you would like to concentrate on and you just feel it is the right time to start working on your personal development as such, simply reach out to me and we will figure it out together.
"Power session" = one off meeting
1x 90 Minutes
"power session" = one off; analysis and support of a specific life situation e.g. "I want to ask for a pay rise/job promotion", "I need to have a conversation with my mother-in-law and I want to be prepared."
The "Aha" and "Why" package
3x60 Minutes
To break a habit, you need to create a new pattern, a new response to an old "situation". On that journey it is very helpful to realize what is the Why that is holidng you back and where is this coming from. Then you can also experience the "aha" moment that will allow you to initiate the change you long for.
+ Homework after each session and follow up support via Email/Telegram, etc.
"Develop and practise" package
3 months = 12 sessions (60 minutes per session)
Break old patterns that do not serve you anymore. Create, develop and practise new habits. We will create and shape new successful patterns and practise them together so that they become your daily routine.
+ A set of homework and follow up support via Email/per agreement.
